It was a jubilant moment on the heavenly street of gold, when the second personality in the TRINITY chose to offer HIMSELF as the SACRIFICIAL LAMB for the redemption of man. The dieing hope of the salvation of men came fully alive, the golden city of was heralded by the proclamation. WORTHY IS THE LAMB was the anthem which was loudly sang by the elders in white robe. The angels blast the air with trumpets and trombones, an irresistible echo of an heavenly orchestra sang the new song of redemption. It was a moment of unfathomable joy in heaven.

Gebriel was summoned to the presence of the FATHER of all, he could not look at the blasting face of HIM that seated on the everlasting throne of majesty. Gebriel bowed in obeisance, as the command roar like the sound of terrible thunders from HIM that seated upon the ageless throne. GO, REVEAL THYSELF TO THE VIRGIN MARY, LET HER KNOW THAT SHE WAS THE CHOSEN ONE FROM THE TIMELESS AGE, TO CONCEIVE AND TO BRING FORT THE PRINCE OF PEACE, THROUGH WHOM THE WORK OF REDEMPTION WILL BE MADE MANIFEST AND PERFECTED.

With the speed of light, Gebriel found the virgin Mary as instructed, Thou hath blessed among the women! the message of her conception by the HOLY SPIRIT was delivered, but the mortal mind of Mary could not processed the message. I am without a man, just about to be betrothed, how can this be? she whispered as confusion beclouded her mind. No woman has ever conceived without a man, (she exclaimed)!

The unreserved love of GOD for the redemption of humanity compelled HIM to alter the course of nature, (natural process of conception). Mary conceived through the HOLY SPIRIT as announced, and she brought fort EMMANUEL, THE COUNSELOR, THE PRINCE OF PEACE, JESUS CHRIST, through whom the work of our redemption was made perfect.

CHRIST grew under the earthly parenthood of Joseph and Mary. HE knew HIS purpose and mission on earth, at thirty, HIS redemptive mission was unfolded, as John publicly announced in the wilderness, THE LAMB OF GOD THAT TAKETH THE SIN OF MEN. The water baptism of CHRIST was by John in river Jordan, a thunderous voice made the royal proclamation from the opened heaven “THIS IS MY SON, IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED…..”. the declaration of CHRIST’S SONSHIP was made revealed to all at the scene.

CHRIST walked about doing good and preaching repentance to all and sundry. Soon the scribes and the pharisees conspired against HIM, they (scribes) and the Sanhedrins could not understand the message and the mission of CHRIST. Their human understanding could not comprehend the purpose of GOD’S LOVE IN HUMAN FLESH (CHRIST JESUS).

Despite the countless miracles wrought by CHRIST among the Jews and the gentiles, the hatred of the scribes for CHRIST kept increasing with unimaginable wrath and indignation in their hypocritical minds. Never would they have imagined that they were only fulfilling the scriptures as prophesized.

HE has the power in heaven and on earth, yet, HE submitted HIMSELF to be ridiculed of men. One of HIS own betrayed HIM, HE was arrested, tortured and humiliated in a gruesome manner, HIS accusers were held bent on seeing CHRIST being crucified. The scriptures was fulfilled as the crown of thorns was forced on HIS HEAD, HE was beaten with many stripes, HE was mocked and reviled, just for the redemption of humanity.

It betrayed the moral mind of man, to be held a SINLESS PRINCE, being led to be slaughtered as lamb. It was indeed the fulfillment of prophecy ” Behold the LAMB OF GOD, WHO TAKETH AWAY THE SIN OF MEN”. HE was led to Golgotha, HE was brutally nailed to the cross. It was an unbearable excruciating pain for HIM, yet HE was constrained by LOVE to die for the sin of men. HE was pierced with the sword,  yet HE will not stop praying for the callous mortal man.

Right on the cross HE still pardon the sinful but wise thief on the cross. What a measureless love that we betrayed. “FOR GOD SO LOVE THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON HIM WILL NOT PERISH, BUT SHALL HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE “.

HE gave up the ghost, heaven was unbearably quiet, it was an uneasy decision that CHRIST should be made the WORTHY SACRIFICIAL LAMB OF GOD for the redemption of humanity. HIS BLOOD is efficacious in washing away the sin of man. No more killing and shedding the blood of bull, lamb or goat for the sin of man. The levitican order of sacrifice was abolished, CHRIST has died once for all. The only channel through which humanity can be saved is through CHRIST.

CHRIST DIED and resurrected the third day, HALLELUJAH! The work of our redemption was made perfect and completed. Heaven plunged into another round of jubilant moment, as the wall of partition (sin) between GOD and man was removed.

The earthly mission of CHRIST was completed, as HE commissioned all HIS disciples to propagate the gospel of love to all mankind from generation to generation.

In the eyes of many witnesses, HE ascended to heaven onto the glorious throne of an everlasting order. Men stood at Galilee gazing onto heaven as the cloud received CHRIST.

A great form of love, that a sinless man should die for a sinful generation. I still can’t fathom such height of love that GOD had for humanity.

From generation to generation, men still betrayed the love of GOD for humanity. Sins and pleasures of sin still hold many people captive at the corridor of GOD’S wrath

How then can man appropriate the sacrifice of CHRIST on the cross of Calvary, to be saved from sin?

It was a great fall in the garden, fall from grace, fall from hope, fall from life and fall through eternity for the unrepentant. Man was chased out of comfort into a world of chaos, bitterness and hatred, and on the part of the old dragon, he felt achieved for winning the soul of man to his own side. Honestly, it was an incalculable loss for humanity and for heaven because the soul of every man is so precious in the eyes of the MAKER of all flesh.

While the heaven was working out the modalities for a Sinless Sacrificial Lamb for atonement of sin in humanity, the Almighty made a provision for a temporary model of atonement among men, which only leveraged on the commitment of the willing and yielding men to the ways of Maker of all. The first of it kind was the sacrifice of Cain and Abel.

Though the sacrifice cannot wash off the endemic sinful nature of man, it was just a token of man’s obedience to God Almighty prior to the commissioning of the WORTHY LAMB OF GOD. Cain was rejected for lack of sincere commitment to the divine order, Abel his brother was accepted. Sin is a cankerworm that eats up the soul of every man under it’s influence, the horror of bitterness took hold of Cain, and the aftermath effect was the first case of murder in the entire history of man.

Periodic sacrifices of animals were unconventionally put in place to atone for the filthiness of man, all through the lifecycle of the patriarchs of old ( Enoch, Noah, and host of others).

The sin of men grew worst in the sight of the Almighty Maker, no one was found guiltless except for Noah and his household, despite the divine provision of periodic sacrifice, to temporarily atone for the sin of man. Flood came, the entire earth was sub-merged under the waters, only a family of eight survived the first known tsunami in the history of human existence. After the tsunami, Noah and his household continued in the offering of sacrifice, and procreation of humans continues as men replenish the earth, and the depravity of sin never stopped.

While still waiting for the appointed time for the revelation of the WORTHY LAMB, the mosaic era witnessed a levitican order of a more organized model of periodic atonement (though not perfect) for human sin, this was not without knowledge of the Almighty God. He gave the pattern the priests must follow to atone for the sin of man. The mosaic ordinance accounted for the use of animals such as lamb, goats, turtle-dove as worthy animals for atonement, all pointing at the advent of the WORTHY LAMB.

“Without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin”. The blood of animals could not permanently make man clean, hence it offered temporal measure of cleaning for the chosen nation of Israel.

The compelling love of God for human kind is unfathomable, hence HE ordered a solemn moment in heaven for a long awaited agenda of restoration and reconciliation of man through the WORTHY LAMB to be fully accomplished.

Heaven was silent, no one could volunteered to die for the sin of men. Human race was at the verge of eternal damnation, when the second in the TRINITY stood up to serve as the SACRIFICIAL LAMB OF GOD for the sin of men. The very SON OF THE MOST HIGH was ready to drink from the cup of suffering and excruciating pain of horrific death. HE made HIMSELF ready for the utmost price to be paid for the sin of men. There the work of our redemption became settled.

HE has to come in human flesh, HE has to come through a virgin. Prophecies of HIS birth began to rollout through the divine inspiration on the prophets of old. David (the Psalmist), Isaiah, Jeremiah and host of others proclaimed the birth, the name and the mission of THE WORTHY LAMB OF GOD.

HIS birth was herald prominently by Isaiah the prophet. Isaiah gave an accurate account of CHRIST CONCEPTION, BIRTH, MISION, DEATH, RESURRECTION AND REIGNS.

A compelling love of GOD through CHRIST to redeem mankind was established in heaven and was made manifest on earth.

It was without form with water all over, nothing intrigued any existence of life, the darkness was thick like the Medo-Pasian  walls, there HE thought of creation, and the  living was called out of none existence.

The universal arrangement was supernal, as water takes it’s place without intrusion, the land evolved as the thunderous voice commands, green herbs and food fruits spring up in their colourful regalia, a comely outlook of an atmospheric order emerged, just at the command of the Author of creation.

The only living known planet surfaced with an entourage of the sun, moon and accompanied heavenly bodies, the galaxy was part of the equation, the heavens was also in position as the abode of the Author of all creations and the final abode of all that pleased HIM.

The winds and the waves swung into their ageless assignments, the sun was positioned in a static order for an unwavering blazing, the earth and the moon began an unstoppable cyclic motion in a timeless order. The beauty of the earth reveals the uniqueness of an unfathomable ingenuity of the Author of creations.

Animals in their different phylums and species were called to being, the land, water and the air provided habitations for all  based on the nature of their respective adaptability. The stage of the earth soon becomes set, for the super being to be called in to take charge.

The need for the Creator to replicate HIS own image arise, not too long, an image of HIM was carved out of HIS unimaginable creativity, HE looked upon him and HE called him man (human), HE willed the entire universe to him to explore, exploit, dominate and to possess it without any rival.

Not too long HE observed the loneliness of the man in the garden, none of the animals can relate at any cognitive level closer to the man, then the master of all creations thought of an helpmate for the lonely man, then beautiful jewel was formed from the cavity of the man, and was called woman, an helpmate to the man.

After a long period of physio-mental creativities of the Creator of all, there was need for HIM to rest with HIS cabinet members, HE made the first law which is based on the principle of obedience, and HE commanded both the man and the woman to abide by it. After which HE ascended to glory to rest and dwell in mansions of heaven, whose glamour is indescribable by mortal men.

Never will HE neglect the works of HIS hands (humans), HE made it HIS daily duty to visit humans at the cool of the day for fellowship, communion and daily benediction.

The old dragon surfaced like a harmless creature of love, he was a rebel that needed acquaintances, his mission was to instigate man against his Creator, by causing man to alter the principle of obedience that was put in place for checks and balances.

The old dragon succeeded in his crafty mission, he entered through the softhearted being called the woman, the man counterpart could not resist the persuasive power of his woman, then disobedience took hold of both in the garden.

It was a grievous displeasure on the part of the Almighty Maker, that man could not resist the old dragon, HE was left with no choice than to send sinful man out of pleasure and abundant life into curse, sickness, attacks and death. “For the wages of sin is death”.

The beginning of man’s endless suffering commenced, which was quite different from the original plan of the Maker for man. It was indeed an endless journey of crisis, conflicts, war, commotion, killing, hatred, pain and violence even till date.

An eternal wall of partition was erected between the Maker and the man. Man was doomed along side with the old dragon. Heaven was bowed in great thought, a mission for man’s rescue and restoration was put on the pipeline as the plan B.

A wall of sin between GOD and man must be removed, but not without the sacrifice of a sinless blood for an atonement. Who will wear the nomenclature of a sinless Lamb to atone for the sin of man?

Never would I delude my readers on the printed pages, affluent does lives in poverty, in the land of mindless leaders of stoning hearts.

The cries of hunger triggered restless minds, potentials of surplusage at every corners of my kingdom, but the king on throne is clueless and brainwashed, he was born without heart, hence my people languish in pains of hunger.

From pole to pole the green herbs dance by the river side, from tree to tree the choicest fruits dangle on the branches to the rhythm of the breeze, yet the followers of blinded leadership cannot see the need to harness wealth from their wastages.

Oh how vast land lies fallow in the belly of Sahara, and the full potentials of great waters were made redundant. I thought rich soil and great waters are catalysts for prosperity, I am not sure that assertion works in my land, for our princes are deficient in mental capacity.

Nile, Niger, Volta, Limpopo, Orange, Congo, Zambezi and host of countless rivers across the shores, in their bellies lies unfathomable measures of wealths, but Africa will not cease to beg for arms, because the treasures of her leaders lay outside her shores.

A land of irony is the nickname of my home, where in gold coast the son of the soil begs to have a worthless coin of bronze, while gold is given for free to the sons of other land. That is a land of irony.

A land where black gold flows as great waters, yet the inhabitants of the land purchase domestic gas in hard earned foreign currency, because the carnivore on the throne said so. That is a land of irony.

A land blessed with diamonds, iron ore, uranium, tin and manganese, yet will she not stop to beg her less privileged counterparts for an ornamental crumbs for survival, that’s a land of irony.

A land that lacks market strategies for her great Pyramids, vast game reserves, great waterfalls, beauty of Kilimanjaro, comeliness of the Atlas, sensations of Karoo beds, sky rapping timbers of the Congos and the measureless generosity of the Atlantic; all because of her docile leaders that derive pleasures in investing billions of foreign currency in the deserts of Dubai, at the detriment of Homeland. That’s a land of irony.

A land that daily meets with the gracious benevolence of the sun, but still sleeps in darkness. That’s the land of irony.

A land that is prodigally decorated with the best riches of nature, but still wears sackcloths on the world’s street. That’s the land of irony.

Why should I delude my readers, when I mirrored that affluent who lives in poverty. Africa is rich but lives in penury, Africa is wealthy, but never a reflection of her wealth on her street.

Question no revolution on her corridors, raise no eyebrows when her callous leaders are dethroned, the time for her to stand tall is here, we can no longer serve as slaves in our own land.

Opportunity must not be denied in the land of opportunities. Rise and wise up Africa, bad leadership must be dethroned.
