In what ways does hard work make you feel fulfilled?
Fulfillment is a product of interest
And a corresponding enthusiasm on a job or a chosen career.
Our interest on a chosen course
Triggers an unwavering passion,
This in turns creates a psycho-emotional
Balance that simplifies the hardness
In our work (job) and makes it looks
Simple even when it is indeed hard.
As a teacher, I am passionate and full of
Enthusiasm while at my duty post,
The fascinating interest I have got
In teaching profession has overshadowed
The hardness and the challenges thereof.
Hence, fulfillment becomes a daily
Experience, as I see my students
Achieving the unimaginable
And scaling through the insurmountable,
In their academics and psychosocial lives.
Fulfillment goes beyond the yardsticks of
Financial benefits and fat bank accounts,
The greatest fulfillment on job is
Seeing men and women growing beyond
Measures as a result of our positive
Impartation in their lives and careers.
Teaching is a noble profession that
Accords teachers the opportunity of
Touching countless lives directly,
In my fifteen years experience in
Teaching profession, I have encountered
Well over ten thousand students from
Many parts of my country and beyond and
Good number of them are graduates and
Are gainfully employed, some are
Entrepreneurs doing great in their
Respective chosen endeavors.
We meet occasionally, and many of them
Make recourse to how I impacted positive
Values into their lives within and outside
The classroom.
This is a fulfillment borne out of passion,
Interest in our chosen careers dispels
The challenges we encounter,
Our fulfillment is often predicated on
Seeing the world grow and glow through
Us as we daily tussle and hussle.

Yeah, well said. Ideally, people should be working jobs in which they genuinely feel fulfilled, cause that’s what truly gives meaning and purpose to their jobs.
